1️⃣ Fill in the personalization details in each box. Some products have live customizers and some do not, but not to worry, we get all your personalization details when you order, and you'll get to see the sign before we print either way! If you have a specific request, leave it in the NOTE TO ARTIST box!
2️⃣ Within 24-48 business hours, we will send you a proof of your custom artwork via the email you used at checkout. *PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR JUNK FOLDER FOR THIS EMAIL*
3️⃣ You approve the artwork, or request adjustments. Your response is not required if you're satisfied with the artwork. If you do not respond to the email within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes will be made in time.
4️⃣ Once artwork is approved, or 24 hours have passed, we begin the printing process and ship it your way!

Q: How do I place the star or map marker on my print (on applicable products)?
A: The star or map marker will not show up on the live customizer. This is hand placed by our artists prior to printing. We use the "location" you specify as guidance for placing the icon.
Q: Why can't I add an apostrophe?
A: We disable characters on some prints to avoid issues with the live customizer. If you need an apostrophe, comma, or special character inserted somewhere, just leave a customer note and we'll make sure it's taken care of!
Q: I customized my print on the website but it looks a little funny. Can I see a final proof of artwork before you print to make sure it looks the way I want?
A: After you place your order, one of our artists gets to work on your artwork! We personally email you a proof of the artwork within 48 business hours so that you can request adjustments and confirm it looks exactly as you want! Every print is made to your satisfaction! Please check your junk folder if you do not see your proof email within 2 business days.
Q: Are these okay to hang outside?
A: We don't recommend hanging canvas outside, however, the metal option is PERFECT for outdoor use!
Q: How do I add GPS coordinates to my print?
A: We recommend using a site like www.gps-coordinates.net. You can copy and paste the coordinates so that the degree symbol shows up (or copy and paste this into the customizer: ° ). If you can't get it to work, no worries. Leave a customer note for us and we'll take care of it!
Q: Is the metal really rusted?
A: No. As with the faux wood, the design is simply a print that gives the appearance of rusted metal.
Q: How long does it take to receive my print?
A: Within 48 business hours of your purchase, one of our artists will email you a proof of your artwork. You will have 24 hours from the time of the email to request adjustments. After the 24 hours has passed, the print goes into production status and typically takes 2-5 days, give or take, to produce, depending on the item you purchased. All together, from purchase to delivery at your door, most orders take around 10-14 days, but many come much quicker than that!
Q: What if my print arrives damaged?
A: No problem! We will replace it at no cost to you! Simply email us and let us know!
Q: Are your products made in the USA?
A: Yes! American made, baby! We have several print facilities around the country to ensure speedy shipping and streamlined order processing!
Q: What if I don't like the way my print turned out?
A: Email us and let us know your concerns and we'll do our best to make it right! Our sole mission is to ensure every customer is 100% satisfied both with both our artwork, and our customer service!
🔷What if I'm not satisfied with my sign?
These signs are made to order and customized. So we have no use for returns, BUT if you have a problem with your order, please let us know and we will always do our best to correct the issue.
🔷If you approved the artwork and we sent you a sign with incorrect artwork, we will cover the replacement
🔷If the item arrives damaged, we will cover the replacement
🔷If your artwork has a mistake on it that was a result of incorrect personalization details submitted when you ordered, and you still approved the artwork, we will require you to cover the replacement cost. Please double and triple check all details before and after ordering to avoid this mistake! We can't be held responsible if this happens
