We ordered the large print for our new lake home. We were so excited when it arrived. It looked amazing in our foyer. After a few weeks of living and admiring it, our son mentioned the name of the lake was incorrect. My bad. I proofed and approved it on the run.
I reached out to Denver to Dallas to reorder. They were wonderful and compassionate about rushing my order for the replacement. Great customer service. They communicated quickly and clearly.
We love the quality of the print, the quality of the frame it's stretched on and it looks amazing. I'm trying to find something else to order!!!!
